Guanajuato and San Miguel de Allende, part 2

San Miguel de Allende is also a very beautiful town with colonial style buildings. Almost all the houses are painted in red and yellow colors. A lot of foreigners, especially americans, have come to settle down in this town. The town is famous for it's festivals all year around and there are a lot of souvenir shops here and there. We left  on sunday morning from Guanajuato and the bus trip took about 1 hour. We spent one and a half day there leaving in the afternoon for Guadalajara. In San Miguel we caught another parade, strolled around the streets, went to a big park, went to a place to see the view, visited the school of fine arts and more..

Another traditional parade, this one was to honor the patron saint of the town. People were dressed with indigenous clothes dancing to drum rythms.

I would like to have a house like this in the future!
